• Through team work and business case learn about best project management practices prescribed by PMBOK from Project Management Institute (PMI) that can be applied within realities of your organization 
• Get introduced to project gates process that facilitates delivery and their approvals of deliverables
• Learn about choosing and managing Project team, dealing with Sponsor and managing Stakeholders
• Learn how to track and manage project risks before they become issues
• Experience people and leadership challenges and how to address them through interactive case study
• Learn some tricks of the trade and soft skills that can help you lead any project with excellence

Sladjana-Jane has over 25 years of business experience working for European, Japanese multinational, and Canadian companies in various business areas such as Marketing, Business Development, Client Service, Operations, Training, Market analysis and Research, Product development, Strategic planning, Management Consulting and over 15 years in Project and Program Management. Her vast business experience blends well with Project and Program management consulting roles where not only technical Project Management know-how but also Business stakeholders management, cultural sensitivity, context within wich people operate and business understanding play a significant role. Sladjana - Jane has Economics degree from the University of Belgrade and MBA from the University of Ottawa. Sladjana - Jane has also acquired CEBS designation from the International Society of Certified Employee Benefits Specialists (ISCEBS) and PMP from Project Management Institute (PMI); she is a Certified Coach, and a founder of Brilliant Compass Inc., a personal development and coaching company.
